Hi, I’m Ben.
Software Engineer · Agile Leader · Systems Thinker
For more than 15 years, I have worked on complex software systems — from mobile applications and enterprise integrations to security-critical solutions in regulated and government-related environments.
Alongside technical architecture, I have supported teams in building and evolving agile ways of working. To me, agility is not a set of rituals, but an organisation’s capacity to learn and adapt — through clarity of responsibility, transparent prioritisation, and continuous improvement.
Over time, I have learned that technological change is rarely a purely technical challenge. It is structural. It appears at team boundaries, in unclear interfaces, and in the tension between stability and innovation. Sustainable improvement is usually a matter of structure, not speed.
My work connects architecture, team enablement, and cross-functional coordination. Especially in regulated or high-security environments, I focus on solutions that are not only functional, but stable, maintainable, and institutionally sustainable.
Rather than introducing tools for their own sake, I aim to strengthen an organisation’s capacity to adapt through thoughtful structures and responsible technological decisions.
Perspective
Looking ahead, I want to contribute to the digital evolution of institutions, particularly where technological progress and societal responsibility intersect.
For me, digital transformation and the responsible use of artificial intelligence are long-term capabilities that help systems become more resilient, responsive, and future-ready.
